Months of operation, May-September
Number of Screens: 1 Year Built? 1972
Current Owner: Gene Grengs (who also owns two indoor theaters in Eau Claire
and was the owner of the no-closed Stardusk Drive-In in Eau Claire)
Special Things about this drive-in: The Gemini is open nightly with the
movies begining one hour before dusk and the box office opening one hour
before. Admission is $5 per person or $10 per carload and children 11 and
under are admitted free of charge. Every Monday is bargain night with all
single admission tickets costing only $3. The concession stand features
classic drive-in treats such as soda, popcorn, hot dogs (regular and foot
long), nachos, and of course lots of candy.
It boasts the biggest screen in Wisconsin. We periodically run old
trailers and have a newly remodelled concession area in 70's decor. Our
special events include a classic car and movie night, dusk-to-dawn family
campout featuring all night movies, and in the works - a classic B horror
movie night!
Our T-Shirts feature a 60s-70s look and can be ordered for $15 plus
shipping. For more information contact John Standard at standard@ecol.net
